Our company; with its engineering experience exceeding twenty-one years, entrepreneurial spirit, completely domestic equity structure; was established by M. Kagan İLKİ in 2014. His deposit is knowledge, quality, and process modeling; as a person highly-qualified in Cosmetics, Detergents, Medical and Agricultural Chemicals, he offered engineering services for six factories, one of which is in Romania. He operated the plants for certain time. In line with sectorial awareness and his targets; İLKİ started to conduct sectorial R&D activities in 2011. In 2014; he made generation facility investment. In parallel with this; he fulfilled the license processes of the products he would produce.
In filling area; he entered into a partnership with one of the largest companies in the sector. In logistics; he agreed with a leader partner in its sector and ensured fast and smooth delivery network. In line with 2015 targets; he made investment in marketing and sales and in chain market channel ,he supplied market products to many chain markets especially Carrefour Turkey. He began the one to one product promotion and marketing and sales processes in the domestic market with an amateur spirit and ambition towards his job; he positioned his product on the shelves in many cities especially in Marmara, Aegean, Mediterranean Region. Product positioning started in e-trading sites; supplied to the market and the initiatives for spreading it will continue. To spread our products overseas; in 2015, the products were positioned in six countries , five of which is in Europe and one is in USA. In the planned structure; the initiative process started in Italy, Milano and USA, Los Angeles.
With the basic goals and values; we would like to create more value for our customers and consumers, for the communities we act for and for our Company; at the same time we would like to make our environmental footprint completely ecological. We run on our sustainable strategy that guides our activities and business processes with "Consume less, achieve more” motto. We make investments to gain our company strength to identify the requirements of our customers and consumers by using our knowledge on world markets and to shape the research and development strategies accordingly.
We work to develop our innovative opportunities, to increase our innovative strength and to develop new markets. We will continue to generate innovative ideas and to encourage the innovation by increase awareness about the importance of innovation. We are working on a planned scope to meet the requirements of our customers and to achieve our long-term objectives by offering better solutions and supporting these with the innovation management compatible with our corporate strategy. We always expand outside the Company while searching for ideas and bring these ideas to life successfully. As a consequence; we cooperate with persons and organizations outside the company. In addition, during the research activities of our products, we engage the partners outside the company such as universities, research institutes, suppliers and business partners in our innovation process and improve them. In this term; our customers both serve as a source of new ideas and suggestions and accelerate our research and development project.
In our own area of expertise; our primary objective is to develop innovative new key technologies for new products and generation processes.
